How to Submit Articles to School Band and Orchestra:

SBO reviews for publication articles submitted by music educators and other music education authorities on a wide range of topics relevant to school music directors and their programs. If you have a specific idea in mind, please contact Editor Eliahu Sussman.

Issues are planned two to three months in advance of publication. Articles must be received no later than six weeks in advance of a prospective publication date, so articles received on April 15 will be considered for June and subsequent issues. Length guidelines: 1,400-1,800 words.
